FAQ (READ BEFORE ORDERING)

Q1. All this is Ready stock?

A1: No, all of the apparels are pre-order. (It will be stated READY STOCK if not pre-order)


Q2.All the apparel are available to order?

A2: Stock Availability will be notified after CLOSING DATE (EVERY 8th, 18th, and 28th OF EVERY MONTH) 


Q3: The price stated is including Postage?

A3: All price shown is NOT inclusive of postage.


Q4. How long does it takes for the apparels to arrive?

A4: Estimated 2 weeks after CLOSING DATE excluding postage period and public holidays (With consideration of Malaysia PH as well as China and Taiwan) Therefore, at times, it might take longer.


Q5. How is the quality?

A5: We cannot guarantee that our clothing and all aspects of exactly the same picture, and some will have some differences. Please consider carefully before buying to avoid unnecessary inconvenience.


Q6. Minimum How many pieces?

A6. No minimum piece.


Q7.Can I exchange the clothing if I cant wear?

A7. Sorry, we cant accept any exchanged goods as every photo have stated the measurement. So, do measure yourself before purchasing. :)


Q8.How to notify us after making an payment?

A8.Please go ahead to PAYMENT NOTIFICATION for further information.


Q9.When is the last day for payment?

A9.If you have made your order on the day of closing date, then your payment MUST be made by the following day LATEST BEFORE 2PM. If payment is not received, it will be considered that your order is cancelled (unless we are being notified for the delay in payment via email/telephone/SMS)

Once your order has been confirmed by us, we will send you an online invoice stating the TOTAL AMOUNT PAYABLE and DATE OF PAYMENT (approximately 3 days from date of confirmation). If payment is not done within the given dates, your order will be considered CANCELLED as well (unless are are being notified for the delay in payment via email/telephone/SMS)
